Overall we had a good stay at Eliza's home. The house is in an older part of town, but it is centrally located and so we saved a lot of commuting. There were some basic grocery items in the fridge and the pantry area, which was nice. It is a very clean home. The bed was a little hard for me, but I slept comfortably. Finding parking in the street was very difficult so she let us park in the back of the house. It would be nice to have better linens in the house. The blankets seemed old. Also, one of the sofas in the family room was too narrow to sleep in and the other one was in the dining area where there are no fans.

Central location. Very spacious and airy! Hostess is responsive so communication was great. Lots of windows and natural sunlight. Parking a bit difficult for more than 1 car, otherwise you're guaranteed a spot. Thanks, Eliza!!

Great studio with plenty of space.

The place is small with kitchen, bathroom and a bed. You have room as in closet space. When cooking food you will need the fan on and bathroom window open. Kitchen windows don't open but there is a fan on the kitchen ceiling. Parking in the back its convenient for a small compact car. There is an A/C and a fan available. There is wi-fi and a table to eat, microwave, fridge, and stove.

The place was cozy for my girlfriend and I to visit my family in K-town. Eliza offered some ripe fruit from her trees which had our room smelling of fresh Guava. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook if a bit small. Parking can be a bit tight, but it's a spot you can depend on after a long day. The place felt comfortable in the midst of the chaos that is LA.

The place was very good!!!!! there was very clean and had everythings. like a hotel. I was very comfortable stay here. The location was good. I could go everywhere easily. And eliza is great host!! she is very kind and funny person:) she gave many information of restaurant and tell about LA. It was good time to us.

Eliza was beyond accommodating on a trip I had to take at the last minute. Great value for a private place with parking. Definitely would stay here again.

The air bnb was nice and a great distance to Ktown and the rest of LA. There was a mishap that happened during our stay but Eliza was extremely accommodating and understanding. She was extremely responsive and kept in touch with us if we ever needed anything. Overall the air bnb was nice but our experience was made better because she was such a great host :)

Great value! Really appreciated the private parking in the back. Perfect for laying your head and things down in between sightseeing. AC blew cold and came in clutch for the summer heat. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at Eliza's place. It is a very good value: good location, affordable, and clean. The one downside is that the walls are pretty thin. The neighbors weren't noisy and we were there on a Friday, so I don't imagine it would be a problem.

The apartment studio was very clean, she supplied shampoo, sponges,body wash, and toilet paper so don't worry about that stuff! They stay was overall great and I would come back here again if given the chance :)

Checking in and out was very easy. The apartment is upstairs in the back of a house that has multiple apartments together. The room has a locked door connected to the next door Airbnb's washer & dryer and bathroom. You can hear conversations and the machines running, but we'd be out early and come back late and too tired to have it bother us. Eliza checks in on you to make sure everything is okay! (: She makes sure the place is clean before you arrive and provides towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, loofahs, and dinnerware. There's a closet with hangers there to store your stuff out of the way. She's very nice (: she let us park our rental car in the driveway when we couldn't find street parking at night and when we didn't want to walk two blocks. She also provided a list of go-to spots in LA and provided bus tokens for us to go to Venice Beach which is one bus ride down Venice Blvd from the Airbnb. Pretty easy to get there on the 33 or 733! We left a beach towel, beach umbrella, sunblock spray, and aloe for the next guests! Hope you enjoy your stay with Eliza! Oh, and the bed is reallly soft and comfortable! We learned to ask for any supplies we needed before we arrived (iron, etc). So ask away!

Great location as it is right in the heart of LA. Very close to Hollywood, Beverly hills, Santa Monica etc. The area seems safe and we walked to the nearby liquor store at night. Eliza is very accommodating and prompt. Our only concern were the thin walls, you can hear clearly someone showering in the room next door but it's not a big issue. Overall great bang for buck place, definitely recommend.

Could not be happier with the space. Amazing, 5 star host in every way. The place was affordable, the location was very nice, felt very safe, and was walking distance to the expo line for a quick and easy trip to the beach and pier in Santa Monica, or the subway downtown. Eliza was very accommodating, and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Our baggage on our flight over was severely damaged to the point that a new set needed to be delivered. Eliza gave me her shops address to have them deliver the new set and personally delivered the bags to our room! Will be staying with her again!

I had a great stay at Eliza's place. Eliza was very very friendly with advice about things in the area. She responded quickly when the problem arose. 대학동기인 일본인 친구랑 첫미국여행! 한국어로 호스트랑 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 그녀는 일본어를 조금 할 줄 알아요. 작은 마을이였지만 현지인이 된 듯 한 기분이 들어서 좋은 경험이였어요. Eliza는 너무 친절하고 재밌는 호스트! 근처에 한국음식점도 많아서 반가웠어요. 小さい町だったのですが､現地の人になった気持ちですごくいい経験でした!何か問題があった時も対応もすごく早かったし､Elizaは日本語を少し喋れることにびっくり!しかもｼﾞｬﾆｰｽﾞ大ﾌｧﾝ!大好きすぎて犬の名前をやまぴｰに付けたってことに爆笑!w すごくﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰで面白いﾎﾟｽﾄでした!ありがとう!

This home was spacious. It was great to have so much daylight from the windows and especially great to open them. The host was timely about communication. The home as listed, is an old home includes charm and a bit of a smell. Simple and mostly without frills, quite functional!

Eliza was a Good Host. She constantly checked in and responded promptly to any questions I had. Her home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Place is cozy, clean, and makes you feel right at home. Also bathroom was very clean. Which is a big deal for me, so I very much appreciated that. It was the first time I visited LA and Eliza made my experience amazing. She was always in constant communication with me for check-in, during my entire stay, and check-out. When I needed a few items, she would respond as soon as possible. The place was extremely bigger than I expected. The location was perfect as it was close to major spots such as the Staples Center and Skyspace. KoreanTown is also around the corner. I highly recommend staying here!

Eliza's rental is very nice in a central location in the city. It is clean, homey, and well supplied. It was a peaceful, quiet retreat that was perfect for my needs. While street parking in the area can be challenging, it's usually manageable. The stone bed is a cool feature, but it's definitely firm. The one thing I would suggest is to get the internet connection looked at because the wifi would go out randomly for hours at a time. Whenever I had a question or needed something, Eliza was extremely accessible and responsive, which was very convenient.

This home was beautiful in every way imaginable. Other than the parking if you have multiple cars with you (street parking is pretty tough), there's no complaints. Definitely should jump on this opportunity to stay in this home if you get the chance. Host is reliable and responds in a timely matter so you are never kept waiting.

A nice and affordable place to stay. It's hot but the main room has AC. The location was good and quiet, and Eliza was a good host.

I had the best time at Eliza’s place! She’s very attentive and always very fast to get anything done. The place is amazing! Very spacious and the windows are one thing to remember. I came with my family and even my baby had the best time! Very comfortable for 3people (and a baby).

La casa tiene una buena ubicación, nosotros no estuvimos mucho en ella porque salíamos de buena mañana y volvíamos por la noche, era bastante amplia para cuatro personas. Eliza súper amable, siempre en contacto con nosotros por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar tanto en la cocina como en el baño.
