This multi-use space features amenities that helps transform the space from dance rehearsal studio to acting rehearsal stage to photo studio to classroom. The Openfloor is perfect for artists, teachers looking for class space, dancers, and actors. With that in mind, the space includes mirrors and surround sound speaker system.

The Gameroom
The Gameroom is built with the working (from home) professional in mind. Located in an entirely separate space, it offers a haven for those looking for a respite or merely a change of pace from working at home.
Amenities include:

Coffee machine

Mini-fridge
Reverse osmosis water filtration system
Microwave
Sound proofed (for vocal rehearsals & lessons)
Comfy chairs, couches and sofa

The Lightroom
This space is perfect for working professionals, videographers, and photographers. The Lightroom lives up to its name and boasts tons of natural light due to its large bay windows. It easily transforms into any imaginative or productive setting. Come to shoot beautiful photos or get some work done in peace and quiet.

The property is available to rent in its entirety at an hourly rate. All three spaces are available for use with included amenities. Each space offers a different vibe and aesthetic, perfect for use in photoshoots, student film projects, and more. Additional equipment and services are available upon request. General Policies
1. No adult filming.

2. No pets; service animals allowed

3. No alcohol consumption permitted on or near the premises.
​
4. No fires allowed including candles or smoking.
​
5. All equipment, personal belongings and guests must remain inside rented space at all times.
6. Please keep doors closed.
​
7. Please do not come early.
8. Please be considerate of other guests' time and start packing equipment 15-20 minutes prior to end of booking.
​
9. You have a 15 minute load time to bring everything inside.
​
10. If overtime is needed, please let site manager know 1 hour prior to end time of booking. We will check availability as we may need to adjust schedule to accommodate.

11. Please remove shoes inside space after loading.
12. Number of attendees should be accurate. For any add-ons after booking has been made, please contact for approval. We will charge $100 extra per person without approval.

13. For bookings shooting "sound", please let us know ahead of time.
​
14. Do not change out light bulbs without approval. If this is approved, all light bulbs should be given to site owner when switched out.

15. Music on speakers should be at a respectable volume.
